Another positive…lots of privacy! You know, with the windows boarded up and the neighborhood kids being terrified to walk that stretch of sidewalk.
I love the painted over graffiti on the “outdoor dining” area.
I want to take a picture that’s really going to show why someone would want to buy this house… I know! I’ll take a picture of the dirt clod, over there in the corner! That’s a real selling point.
