I’m thinking it’s an exterior shot by the little bit of leaves in the upper left corner.
And I guess once they got a little of that green paint on there they realized, “Wait, lime green I picked out brown!!! Why did they give me green!!! Well, I might as well paint the trim with it now.”

OMG! I’ve spent a good amount of time the last 2 days looking and laughing at your blog (hubby is a Realtor and I have seen so many strange listing photos). Then I saw this one, and it looked so familiar. Clicked through and yes! We bought this place as an investment property last year! This is an exterior shot of the garage and the little door that holds the water heater (no idea why they felt the need to showcase that). Believe me, the lime green paint and bizarre corners only touched the surface of the horrors that lurked in this property. it was gross & graffiti infested. Took a lot of work, but still a good investment.
