I’m going to disagree here. It’s a crappy picture, yes, but it actually does convey some valuable information: Hardwood Floors.
For those of us with allergies who need to avoid carpeting, I would at least give the landlord a call if I were looking.

Yup, hardwood floors. Pretty bad way to show them though. They could have shot the other direction and at least included some of the room.
