We actually saw this at one house we visited. There was a garden dug in the middle of the house (dirt and all, through the floor) and the owner asleep in the back room. THe stench of cat pee was legend.

I like how they left one of the kitchen cabinets open. That way you can see that they’re not just decorative cabinets, but actually functional – you can PUT stuff in them.

All these fancy new technologies – I haven’t even seen this innovation on the home shows.

OMG, I had to laugh at this one. Would you believe that I went to a showing with my realtor and there was a guy sleeping in one of the bedrooms! We were there for about 15 minutes poking around, and he never woke up.
