i came across your blog on the main blogger page. it is hilarious!! it reminds me of when i’d go see open houses for fun and we’d see things like this and laugh. i love it!
I knew a guy who was a mechanic and his shower looked like this from the grease he would wash off his body. BLEECH.
I’ve seen this kind of thing before. The sad thing is that someone was probably honestly living in that home and bathing in that tub.

That reminds me of photos of the economy-class bathrooms in the Titanic, as taken by oceanic explorers.
The real question is though: if you bathe in that tub, do you emerge cleaner or dirtier than when you got in.
I imagine it would be like bathing in a giant roasting tray, only instead of fat and chicken grease it is mould, mildew and… err ‘human grease’.

How could a tub with that bright of a window possibly get THAT mildewy? I gotta cast my vote for the grease theory. Or some horrible combination du twain.
