Is this a frat house? Why else would there be keg cups everywhere? And is that a Christmas decoration tossed down the stairs? I am confused, frightened. (And grateful to Kim for finding it.)

The Amsterdam flag and general uncleanliness mean, yeah, probably a frat house.
Maybe: Kids found an envelope of cash and a note from parents saying they were going away. Then after a month of partying kids realized the parents never plan on coming home so they are unloading the house.
At least the red keg cups match the red towel and the red Amsterdam flag and the red pile of whatever on the floor in the laundry room and the red Christmas decoration and the Tide bottle is sort of red.
The top picture must have been taken just before the photographer fell down the stairs.
