Lovely Listing

Doggy, paddle

Seth found this happy dog. For just $16,900,000 it isn’t really worth getting Rex out of the pool, is it? I know my cat required a deposit of 18 mil before he’d stop scratching the sofa.

The dog is the only thing real about the entire house. Even the leaves artistically strewn on the pavement of the porte-cochere are fake – it isn’t autumn yet in Georgia.

  2. EA-007 says:

Would the buyers agent write the dog up as part of the personal property in the contract?
Are their UCC liens recorded on dogs?

This place looks so beautifully vacant, I am glad atleast the dog gets to enjoy the high life. It would be even funnier if it were a neighbor’s dog.

  5. Zazzu says:

Well, at least the furry caretaker is enjoying himself.

The place is creepily empty. Like I’d imagine Jay Gatsby’s house before his body was found in the pool.

This home seems awfully overpriced for only about four acres of land.

Oh my god, I know this house!! Even by wealthy intown Atlanta standards, it’s over the top! Years ago, I worked for a firm that was part of the team of designers…Wow.
