How did I miss this since it is, regrettably, in my home town.

Looking at the photos of the rest of the rest of the property, the bed bugs would be the least of your problems.
How in the name of all that is Holy can something like that cost nearly $300,000??? I live in a really nice part of my city (in TN) and $300,000 would buy a beautiful, brand new custom home…with at least an acre or more. What do people do for a living out there?????

$300,000 for a lot that’s two blocks from the Pacific Ocean doesn’t seem totally outrageous…clearly I’ve been seeing California real estate prices for too long.
Well, I was gonna offer $386,900, but if they’re asking less….
Lynne, even worse: if that were in my old hometown it would be $200,000 underpriced even as an empty lot.
Why include interior photos if the only good thing you can do for this place is raze it and start over? Is it supposed to serve as a kind of, “See? You REALLY don’t want this house. Really. We mean it. Honest to God. Don’t even THINK about trying to live in this gate to Hell”? I think even on the West Coast, $300,000 would be better spent elsewhere…

Okay, so clearly the lot is worth $286,900 if they are telling you to BYOB, bulldozer, that is. Then again, BYOBooze might be appropriate too.
