I’m less disturbed by the ship than by the frightening Window to Nowhere.

  2. Glory von Hathor says:

Yeah, it looks pretty amazing from the front but once the hallway has been overtaken by waist high Vashta Nerada then your access is pretty restricted.

  3. Stuart says:

    Putting the “not” in “nautical”.

And please do not disturb the occupants? What occupants? Do they come with the house? What if I don’t want occupants in my house? Will I need a priest?

Washingtonians are an odd bunch …

  4. Lizard says:

all of those pictures were pretty puzzling. none of them actually showed anything at all. I do agree that HMS dustbunny is especially bizarre, however, in the listing.

I’m somewhat disturbed by the “telescope” on the ship. It certainly looks as if it launched those “swimmers” in the bathroom from a few postings ago!

Glory von Hathor – your comment made me squeal with glee! That made my morning!

What did they do to this beautiful home? One can only guess what is going on in the other rooms they didn’t show.

  8. Brandy says:

NINE bedrooms? And apparently there are paying renters, it generates nearly $5 in rental income…. Which should cover the mortgage… Makes me wonder why the owner is selling…

Count the shadows, or better yet, just RUN!

  9. Charlene says:

That, um, pink thing on the bow…

  10. Chris says:

    What is with that window?

And look out for the Mother In Law downstairs *g*

  11. Amanda B. says:

I am so pleased that after all my years of saying “kiss my grits” only to be met with [at best] quizzical looks, that I have found it used here.

I was beginning to think I’d made it up.

The beigy looking thing on the bow of the boat looks like a phallic symbol…or is just me?

  13. Anonymous says:

what is that phallic like thing on the bow?

A ship’s cannon, just a friendly personal ship’s cannon. Nothing to see here, move along, move along.
