A soft landing for Santa

A subtle clue tells me that this is not a working fireplace.

I was expecting to see a pillow inside the fireplace but THIS is too funny! It would make a perfect little den for a doggie though…

  2. Charlene says:

Why is it called a bungalow when it is neither a one-story house nor an Arts and Crafts home? Does the realtor think “bungalow” means “any house that I can’t think of another word to describe”?

  3. Jamie says:

I know I’m crazy but I really like this house. If someone had about a half a million dollars to put in to it, it could be adorable. Something needs to be done about the fireplace though.

  4. Ann says:

Well, Santa isn’t coming in the window either with that plywood in the way.

  5. A Reader says:

Maybe they kept the litter box in there? And covered it with a fireplace screen for kitty’s privacy?

  6. Stuart says:

Sadly, removal of this “fireplace” would increase the total square footage by almost 2%.

    Livin’ large now!

  7. Miss Heather says:

Jamie, I like it, too. I think it’s Mission or Spanish style? Unlike the house posted on May 1, this home lacks air conditioning. Perhaps it will have some when the plywood is removed from the windows.

  8. Miss Heather says:

P.S. Anyone notice the police car in the street view? Look to the right.

  9. Christina says:

That gives a whole new meaning to “wall-to-wall carpeting.”

  10. Decadent Housewife says:

    Maybe it’s actually the carport.

  11. Blake says:

Is the fireplace made out of Rice cakes?!
    Awesome.

  12. burhanistan says:

All part of the plan to trap Santa and put an end to his crazy anarcho-consumption-communist ways.
