Don’t like the location? No problem! The house is easily disassembled using common household tools, and then snaps back together for easy moving to the lot of your choice!

Loveliest comment, by JMixx: Kinda looks like they caught House in mid-stride. The photo would have been more impressive if they had waited until the next step, when the porch was crossing the street.

Copy & paste this:

That is one extreme skylight they got right there…
house is falling down, it has 5 bedrooms 1 bathroom, kitchen dining, laundry, lounge…
Get ‘em while they’re still there!
Location: bluff (but seriously, who could have seen this coming?)
house is falling down
Well at least they’re honest about it!
Wow…. I love all them winders in the sun room!
The real estate market is so weird. You’d think they could tear it down and get more for the lot and recoup the demolition costs, too, but no. Meanwhile, this house, which was in excellent shape, was torn down last week because it wasn’t up to neighborhood standards.
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
What, praytell, are the “standards” for the neighborhood?
I guess too much is never enough.
So that’s where my Lincoln Log set went.
Frankly it looks like the lot itself is “falling down” and needs some serious work and levelling before you could even build anything there.
Nah, it’s just the new swamp castle… only two more houses before the fourth one will stay up.
It makes me want to…sing…!
But she has large tracks of land!
RUN AWAAAAAY! RUN AWAAAAYYY!
That is one of the most eminently quotable movies in the history of cinema! LOLZ

That would be impressive, but it would beg the eternal question of why did the porch cross the street?
Has it exploded? (Click the satellite button on the Google map…)
Quick, somebody call the Paramedics! The poor house is falling!
“I’ve fallen and I can’t get up!”
JMixx and Layla ~ for the WIN!
“large high stud garage, plus a single garage they are joined together ”
gives new meaning to the term “stud”
Reminds me of the old rhyme:
There was a crooked man and he walked a crooked mile,
He found a crooked sixpence upon a crooked stile.
He bought a crooked cat, which caught a crooked mouse.
And they all lived together in a little crooked house
from the listing
“We have repiled half of the house…”
ummm, yes, I can see that.
Never question the engineer’s judgment!
Well, except for that engineer. Him? You should question.
Simple solution: list it as a single-family detached home.
Detached from a physical reality that anyone would want to live in
I think I drew this house in the Game of Life a few times. “Split Level” Yup… that’s the one.
Here’s my question–Has the body of the Wicked Witch of the West already been removed or are her feet still sticking out from under the house?
Ooh…. It overlooks a smelter! Just gets better and better!
Looks like Howl’s Moving Castle has a little brother!
