Chair‘s been missing for a while. It turns out Chair was at a family reunion down in Florida:
Oh, come now. Are we supposed to believe that when a group of Chairs get together, they just stand around nicely and chit-chat? I think not.

I just checked out their site. It’s like I kept expecting the Buy-N-Large logo to pop up. The Axiom has landed in Florida, folks! Hoverchairs and robot attendants for everyone! LOL

At least the Chairs in the second picture are enjoying themselves, even if that one in the foreground HAS been hitting the ‘fruit punch’ pretty heavy….. The Chairs in the top shot must be the snooty cousins: too good to talk to the rest of the family, are ya?
It looks like a scene from “The Prisoner” Number Six is just out of view.
Mmm, family reunions, nothing like them….
I’m trying to return to Houston from our little family get-together and am stuck in BWI airport– the inbound flight was delayed almost two hours. (Oddly enough, two other flights to Chicago and Los Angeles in this same boarding area are also delayed due to inbound flight delays… and it sounds like maintenance rather than weather. Should I be worried?) Thankfully the airport is offering free Wi-Fi and a meal voucher. Any amusing comments that keep me entertained are appreciated.
I can’t tell if the flags around the lake are marking off a swimming area, or keeping people from falling in!
Don’t know if you’re still at the airport, but if you are…have they at least given your a –chair– to sit on???

Thanks for the good wishes. I made it home safe and got enthusiastically greeted by my dog. And now even my cat seems to have forgiven my absence, as he’s cuddling with me. He missed teh warmfs.
Yes, I had a chair to sit in… but not Chair or his white-plastic cousins. Have you noticed, airport lobby chairs are much comfier than what you get on the plane?
Meal voucher? I have never-ever-ever been offered anything but excuses at the aiport. I am impressed!
I got a meal voucher when bumped from a flight… about five years ago. Not since then, that I can recall.
as soon as the people leave, the Chairs will be skinny-dipping in the lake. Although not the one in the foreground, he’ll be sleeping off the drink, as he clearly had too much already

Oh they must be adopted.
But now I feel kind of sad because I never had such a large lovely family as this
