Happy Not For Sale Wednesday! But all I can say is this: my Hungry Hungry Hippos line was a joke. A joke. Not a suggestion. A joke. I did not mean for anyone to take, say, a classic (yet hideously boring) board game…

…and do something like this (only leaving out the little goose-stepping children):

Thinking of turning your own backyard into a giant Candy Land? Look out: you might get a Katy Perry infestation (quite possibly NSFW).
Found by Donna, via izismile. More here. And, like, everywhere. Because it is awesome.
Loveliest comment, by Justin: Personally, I wouldn’t mind seeing a full-size version of Mousetrap, although Operation would be a little creepy…

Giant mousetrap
This is way nicer and much less creepy than the first attempt known as the “Candy Van”.
My four-year-old would be thrilled.
That’s awesome.
But I think turning Lombard Street into a copy of the game was more awesome.

Well, I had an immediate urge to go play “Candy Train” online… gone from the interweb. *sigh*
HEY! You know what that yard needs? A MINIATURE RAILROAD!
I love that shed with the church windows! Want one just like it.
Heheh I think I saw this first on Craftster.org!
Yeah, that was the start of it all, as far as I can tell.
I’d say it was tacky if it wasn’t for the great landscap… oh wait. Forget it.
The whole thing’s on FB:

Ms. W. Witch needs to restock her garden. The cupcakes, gumdrops, and candy canes have all been eaten; what will lure Hansel and Gretel now?
I had my ipod on shuffle and right as I scrolled down to this it started playing California Gurls. No joke.
