When I moved into my house, the previous owners helpfully left behind a folder with local take-out menus and the like. Seeing as they’d had two large dogs, I think a photo like this could’ve been useful, too — that way it might not have taken me over a week to track down all the deposits the dogs had left behind. Look! Right there! That’s one of his favorite spots.

Such laziness in photography by realtors! That dog could have easily been photoshopped into Chair – greatly enhancing the desirability of this listing.
Beyond belief that that photo is in the listing.
Where’s the explosion? You said bomb, but I don’t see any bombs.
Oh, there will be bombs…brown bombs.
This is a refernce to “photo bomb,” a phenomenon whereby a lovely photo is ruined by unpleasant behavior in the background which has gone un-noticed by the photographer. Here, of course, our Queen Sara has delved deeper into the concept.
[I post this for newbies to these sites, one of which I am still sort of am. For the rest of you, sorry for the obvious post.]

It serves as evidence that the yard has been well fertilized. A well-maintained property is an attractive property.
unless it is a female dog. then the pee burns the lawn.
I believe the owner said to the doggie “sit”, however doggie was a little hard of hearing.
“And out here is the screened porch, which has a lovely view of–oh. Never mind! Everyone back inside!”
Cute house. I wonder if they have something against curtains–the preschooler’s room looks awfully stark.
Yeah! A beach ball! Let’s all go out into the yard and play! Oh…what’s this on my shoe?
In the 6th photo you can see the kids get their very own caged play area!
Lol, surprisingly I still sort of liked the house XD At least I know it’s dog friendly!
When I moved into my current home, the previous owners left behind a cat, who left behind several deposits before I found her hiding in a cabinet. It was kind of freaky, since they neglected to mention that they were missing a cat and thought she’d gotten out.
