Loveliest comment, by Jim in the Sloop: The only thing I can think of is how much the repairs required by the home inspection will total up to. From the pictures, I very seriously doubt there was a building permit for anything. However, the rather fetching turret (not seen on the first picture) does add a bit of Je ne sais quoi!
